Install new systems
Provide on-site technical assistance for trouble-shooting
Provide technical support remotely
Support sales team if necessary
Participate in the customer mold test
Complete the service report and daily report on time
Public relationship with local government
Other duties as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
College or Above degree of Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
More than 5 years experience in hot-runner system and/or injection mold
Ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities
Knowledge of Mold maintenance, Injection, and Plastics
Computer skill (MS Office and Internal SW)
Good internal and external communicator
Technically strong, injection molding background
Preferred
Loyal and good communication and coordinate skills
Flexibility to travel to customers' sites at 60~70% of working time
