Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions at high touch; review resumes, conduct searches, and pre-screen candidates daily
Deeply understand each roles’ requirements & how it fits into the organization
Collaborate with recruiters and management to identify hiring needs
Partner with full-time recruiters to ensure a cohesive conversion process for high performing interns
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
Create excellent onboarding and interview experience for new candidates
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of disciplines
Experience hiring 20+ individuals per season
A sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and strong-organizational skills
Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates through multiple channels
Experience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS
Ability to travel across North America and if needed to international campus events and locations
