Ultimate Image Printing is seeking a Seasonal Shipping & Production Assistant to support various departments in day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting in shipping and packaging, woodshop support, material handling, and print finishing tasks in a fast-paced creative production environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing shipments, including boxing, labeling, and organizing outbound packages

Build custom boxes or wooden crates for specialty shipments when required

Support the woodshop team in material handling, light fabrication tasks, and workspace upkeep

Pick up and drop off supplies, materials, or completed jobs using the company vehicle

Assist in print finishing tasks such as mounting, cutting, and assembling final printed materials

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and production areas

Help track and restock inventory of shipping and packaging supplies

Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure timely job completion

Follow safety protocols and company procedures in all areas of work

Perform ad hoc tasks and provide general support across departments as needed

Required

Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environments is a plus

Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and utility knives

Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day

Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and efficiently organizing items within the warehouse to maintain a safe and orderly work environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks

Must be detail-oriented

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be an effective listener

Demonstrates and understands personal responsibility and accountability

Has the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and effectively apply to one's work
