Develop and implement production plans and schedules; monitor and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues

Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management; secure timely and cost-effective materials and services; maintain strong supplier relationships; negotiate favorable contract terms for Enzene Inc

Manage inventory, logistics, and distribution; implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; monitor KPIs and apply corrective actions as needed

Streamline processes using SAP; ensure accurate data for decision-making; provide SAP training and support to team members

Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team; foster a culture of continuous improvement; set goals and monitor team performance; manage project managers to align with objectives

Align supply chain strategies with financial goals; contribute to financial planning and budgeting; ensure cost-effective operations to support financial objectives
