Business Development Manager - (A/V - Security - Data)
JobStack, Inc. is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider specializing in security, AV, and Data solutions. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to capture new clients across various sectors and expand their presence in Southern California.

Responsibilities
Hunt for new business opportunities and generate new client relationships across SLED, healthcare, municipal, and hospitality sectors
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs
Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and uncover new opportunities
Negotiate contracts and drive deals through the full sales cycle from prospect to close
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic growth planning
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of new business development/hunting in technology, security, AV, or related industries
Strong understanding of enterprise sales and ability to navigate complex organizations
Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter who thrives in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment
Ability to travel locally to client sites and industry events as needed
Preferred
Experience selling into public sector, healthcare, municipal, or hospitality markets
