Responsibilities
Respond to work orders across multiple properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances repairs, glass replacement,etc.)
Complete apartment make-ready tasks and unit turnovers quickly and efficiently
Handle occupied unit repairs with professionalism and urgency
Support site teams with preventative maintenance and safety checks
Occasionally assist with groundskeeping when needed
Follow all safety protocols and ensure company policies are met
Represent the company with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
Assist with other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in property maintenance or similar
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) with two years of related experience performing gardening
Comfortable working independently across different sites
Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
Solid knowledge of tools and safety procedures
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (required)
Ability to walk, kneel, climb, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in varied weather
