Responsibilities

Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization for multiple executive leaders, safeguarding their time and optimizing workflow

Manage all domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless itineraries, visa compliance, and detailed expense reporting

Lead the planning and execution of internal and external executive meetings, off-sites, and special events (e.g., Board meeting logistics)

Facilitate clear and efficient communication across global time zones, ensuring alignment between the executive team and international offices

Drive administrative projects and initiatives that support the operational efficiency of the executive function and key stakeholders

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience supporting multiple C-level or executive leaders, preferably within a high-growth tech or SaaS company

Proven experience working at a global company with complex time zone logistics. Possesses a strong understanding of international time zones and cultural demands

Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (GSuite) and other modern productivity tools

Proven experience managing complex international travel and detailed expense reports for executives

Proven ability to manage competing demands from multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks that deliver the greatest business impact

A self-starter who is able to anticipate potential disruptions and implement preventive measures. Has a natural aptitude for technology and new software

A trusted partner who maintains confidentiality, builds strong relationships, and embodies our value of succeeding together

Preferred

Familiarity with AI tools for task management, research, and scheduling is a bonus
