Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with team

Assist in the preparation and analysis of operational reports and performance metrics
Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation
Assist in managing service requests and customer inquiries
Help in scheduling and coordinating service appointments and follow-ups
