Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree

Demonstrating strategic business and application acumen
Bridging business needs with Pega's BPM and CRM solutions
Working knowledge of SQL and APIs for data validation and integration testing
Leading development of Pega business architecture deliverables
Facilitating design sessions for business objectives alignment
Driving process improvement initiatives using Pega capabilities
Mentoring junior architects on Pega methodologies
Working with Intelligent Automation community for integration
Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps tools
