Manage claims involving substantive coverage issues and/or litigation
Ensure all files comply with claim handling guidelines and other job expectations, regulations and requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience in handling significant bodily injury claims of moderate to high complexity
Ability to manage claims with significant financial exposure
Experience involving substantive coverage issues and/or litigation
Skilled in all coverage's written
Capability to see difficult adjustments through final resolution
Compliance with claim handling guidelines and all other job expectations, regulations and requirements
Preferred
Candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from the Montpelier, VT office
