In this role, you'll lead maintenance and utilities activities at the Food Application Center, ensuring optimal equipment performance while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supervising and performing maintenance responsibilities including predictive maintenance, equipment repair and rebuild, electrical, and maintenance training programs

Responsible for applications center maintenance including utilities, and operations to reduce downtime and assure successful execution of trials

Troubleshooting equipment, mechanically or electrically, must be able to read electrical diagrams

Maintain a schedule and update maintenance schedule in the Food Application Center

Will partner with engineering team to do proper process upgrades and continuous improvement

Work with 3rd party vendors to assure all inspections are up to date

Support Food Safety and 5S activities

Setting up, commissioning, aligning, and preparing trials in our facility

Support on smooth running of trials, both internal and external to support our customers in their new projects

Participates in continual learning activities and applies practical application to work performed

Participates in all aspects of customer trials including milling and extrusion

Performs other duties as assigned
