Supporting and collaborating with office staff
Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director
Traveling for client visits and community activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
A heart for service and a commitment to empowering others
Preferred
Case management experience (preferred)
Home health experience (preferred)
Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus)
