They are seeking an Account Care Representative to serve as a bridge between clients and attorneys regarding billing and financial matters, ensuring excellent customer service and handling payment collections.

Responsibilities

Obtain payments by notifying clients of account status

Answer billing questions from both attorneys and their clients

Work with our internal Client Care Department regarding client concerns

Update client records when needed

Communicate with attorneys on a regular basis regarding the status of client accounts

Professional positive demeanor, team-like/cross function cooperation

Excellent computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Go above and beyond on simple requests to make things easier on others

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a customer service setting or in collections

General math skills

High School Diploma
