Real Property Services Projects Manager
The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is seeking a Real Property Services Projects Manager to oversee various operations within Real Property Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical staff, providing program improvement direction, and ensuring effective delivery of Real Property Services to Project Managers involved in construction projects.

Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
Provide leadership and direction for technical staff, setting effective staff, setting effective agenda and ensuring performance goals are set and met
Provide program improvement direction and oversight to a staff of federal employees and contractors engaged in delivering Real Property Services to Project Managers engaged in planning and executing construction projects
Serve as a mentor, coach and guide to the TER Management and Supervisory staff, particularly with regards to TER's business transformation
Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees
Oversight of the sustainment of organizational improvement projects following implementation
Qualification
Required

First time supervisors will be required to serve a 1 year probationary period
Selectee will be required to complete the Office of Government Ethics Standard of Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OFGE450e) within 30 days of employment and annually
A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service
Specialized Experience for this position is defined as: Developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive strategic plans and policies for Real Property Services, and managing Real Property Services Projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery
