Senior Associate Attorney - Health Care

As a Senior Associate in the Health Law practice, you will lead contract negotiations, provide regulatory guidance, and contribute to significant transactions within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

Lead contract negotiations for professional service agreements, vendor service agreements, and other transaction documents
Serve as a key member of M&A deal teams, handling due diligence, regulatory analysis, and transaction documents
Assist health care vendors with revenue cycle management and other service agreements
Provide comprehensive regulatory guidance on fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and compliance matters
Design and implement corporate, HIPAA and other compliance policies and documents
Deliver ongoing outside counsel services, becoming a trusted advisor on day-to-day operational and corporate matters
Present to health care organizations and professional groups, establishing yourself as an industry expert
Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis on emerging health care issues
Contribute to the firm's reputation as a go-to health law resource

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Tennessee Bar membership (or eligibility and commitment to obtain upon hire)
Minimum 4 years of health care transactional law experience
Deep understanding of health care regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry dynamics
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical capabilities
Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal
Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
