Responsibilities

Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation
Document completion of quality installation
Compliance with OSHA standards

Qualification

Battery systemsSolar installationElectrical skillsOSHA complianceResidential construction

Required

Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds
Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)
Must have a reliable means of transportation

Preferred

Prior residential solar installation experience
Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction
