Work with each salesperson and manager to work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
Conduct Sales meetings
Maintain a balanced inventory in used sales
Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales
Play an active role in the community
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of experience as a Sales Manager
Proven track record of exceptional customer service and sales
Ability to train and motivate a team to become high performers
Experience in creating a positive sales culture and team atmosphere
Ability to determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
Experience conducting sales meetings
Ability to maintain a balanced inventory in used sales
Experience working with marketing departments to create sales strategies
Active role in the community
Strong leadership skills
