Responsibilities

Ensure that all work performed by the team complies with technical, security and IT policy guidelines

Lead DevSecOps teams in successful performance of the required tasks, applying strong understanding and experience that spans relevant technologies

Provide expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS

Lead the requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of enhancements

Evaluate technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree (equivalent additional years of related experience may be substituted for degree)

Ten (10) or more years of experience in the IT field focusing on development projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture

Three (3) or more years in architecture and design of enterprise applications in cloud platforms, preferably in AWS

A strong understanding and work experience in DevSecOps, including but not limited to Java, CICD Jenkins, infrastructure and code automation, Kubernetes, alerting and monitoring tools, application and infrastructure-application logging, security tools, GitHub, code quality tools, secrets management, AWS services suite, etc., Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) framework, Infrastructure, and UXD/IxD development methodologies

Infrastructure Maintenance Operations experience using the above tools highly desired
