The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, mentoring students, and promoting the program at various events.

Responsibilities

Teaching undergraduate courses in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science

Participating in the continuous teaching assessment activities of the relevant units and WSU campuses

Effectively communicating, mentoring, and interacting with students

Promoting the WSU Vancouver program in other schools and events

Collaborating with others within the unit, University, or other organizations

Qualification

PhD in Electrical EngineeringPhD in Computer ScienceTeaching experienceCurriculum developmentIndustry experienceCommunication skills

Required

Earned PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field by August 1, 2026 (for August 16, 2026 start) or earned master's degree with relevant teaching experiences
