Manage installation and support of servers, PCs, and software at client sites
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless connectivity

Collaborate with team members and mentor junior Network Engineers
Document solutions and maintain clear, accurate records
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Network Engineer (consulting experience a plus)
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Advanced problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical expertise
Desire to pursue certifications and stay ahead of emerging technologies
Willingness to work at various client locations
