Responsibilities
Daily communication with the plant schedulers, production and shipping teams to better meet customers' demand
Ensure that the technicians have been properly trained on test methods and/or procedures
Mentoring and monitoring the development of the Product Quality team members
Implementing strategies to increase the engagement and empowerment of Product Quality team members
Leading the Quality Lab High Performance Team and participating in process improvement initiatives throughout the plant
Ability to travel (less than 10%)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of experience in a quality or related role
BS degree with a background in Science or Engineering
English
MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER!
