The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various international trade regulations and will have experience in drafting disclosures and developing compliance policies.

Required
At least two years of trade compliance experience
Familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Familiarity with Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Familiarity with Foreign Assets Control (sanctions) regulations
Familiarity with Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) regulations
Excellent academic credentials
Highly motivated
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Bar admission in the state of practice
Graduation from law school
Practice experience
Preferred
Experience investigating and drafting voluntary disclosures
Experience developing and implementing compliance policies
Previous work experience in-house or in government
Cover letter and/or deal sheet
