Responsibilities
Partner with HR and Sales leadership to manage position control, backfill requests, and organizational changes
Maintain accurate headcount data and labor related costs in the financial system
Build and automate headcount reporting and dashboards for business lead reporting
Perform monthly financial close including expense accrual entries and general ledger reconciliations
Prepare monthly reporting and detailed variance analysis
Prepare variance drivers and commentary for executive reporting packages
Assist with Budget/Forecast process – Update models with labor related costs; revise forecasts for monthly/quarterly submissions
Work closely with HR, Finance and Business Leads to gather forecasting inputs/assumptions
Bi-weekly distribution of management summary and individual sales incentive comp reports
Processing of sales assignment changes and updating of unassigned accounts
Forecasting and reconciling quarterly and annual bonus expenses
Assist in requirement gathering, implementation and continued development of Salesforce tool Callidus
Qualification
Required
Accounting/Finance/Economics bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in Public Accounting, Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to produce high quality deliverables
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Ability and willingness to quickly adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Comfort working under tight deadlines
Discretion working with confidential information
High level of professionalism and the ability to communicate and interact with all staff levels
Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets
