In this role, the Financial Analyst will support a North American luxury ecommerce brand by analyzing business risks and opportunities, driving efficiency, and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Partner with logistics, production, supply chain, and operations teams to analyze cross-functional data and uncover insights
Support demand planning and inventory cycles, evaluating product performance and building purchasing plans
Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities in line with company goals
Lead and automate forecasting and reporting processes using advanced and AI-enabled tools
Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and analysis
Monitor and report on KPIs, recommending improvements
Provide ad-hoc analysis for leadership on high-priority questions
Assess current workflows and propose automation or process improvements
Approach problems with an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A professional
Advanced Excel (models, forecasting, automation); familiarity with BI tools or AI-powered analytics (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, ChatGPT) a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience evaluating business performance metrics and linking them to strategy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, North America–focused environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects at once
