Financial Onboarding Specialist

In this role as a Financial Onboarding Specialist, you will play an integral part in the customer’s onboarding process, ensuring their financial balances are migrated correctly and providing support for trust accounting solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with gathering their ledger balances within their trust bank accounts as of their predetermined cutoff date
Analyze financial reports from the customer’s current property management software to build the financial balance forward workbook
Point out mismatches between customers’ bank accounts to make best practice suggestions on how to handle this within the Rentvine software
Assist customers with bank reconciliations, recording journal entries and bank transfers, recording and releasing security deposits, escrow mismatches, and other common trust accounting procedures

Qualification

Trust AccountingExcelAccounting/FinanceOrganizedDetail-oriented

Required

1 -3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
Intermediate to advanced technical skills in Excel
Highly detailed oriented and organized with proven accuracy

Preferred

Experience in Trust Accounting or Property Management
