Padgett Law Group is an elite, full service creditors' rights law firm that provides legal services to institutional clients. They are seeking a Default Servicing Attorney barred in Alabama to draft and review legal documents, organize case files, and collaborate with the state team while participating in various legal appearances and meetings.

Law Enforcement

Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney

Organize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics

Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales

Assist in preparation in advance of appearances

Collaborate with members of the state team

Actively participate in weekly state meetings

Engage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting

Qualification

J.D. licensed in AlabamaOrganizational skillsVerbal communicationWritten communicationTeam-orientedAdaptability

Required

J.D., licensed in Alabama and in good standing in all jurisdictions

Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change
