Business Development Partner - Inside Sales

Responsibilities

Identifies and qualifies prospective clients within the Service Line, serving as a primary point of contact for potential and existing clients
Schedules face-to-face meetings with high-value prospects while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and manages follow-up communication with prospects post-meeting to ensure continuity in the sales process
Maintains an organized pipeline of leads using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, tracking progress, follow-ups and ensuring the CRM tool is kept up to date with accurate and current information
Collaborates with the VP Sales to implement tactical sales initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth
Leads the rollout of targeted campaigns, including outreach emails, webinars, or other client engagement activities
Assists in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral to support client meetings and negotiations
Builds and maintains relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to align sales efforts with organizational goals
Provides weekly and monthly performance updates to the VP Sales, including meeting outcomes, pipeline status, and progress toward goals
Assists in the coordination of team meetings and ensures timely completion of action items
Other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills required
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word and other Windows applications
Ability to handle multiple functions and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to clearly articulate Envision's services during a business call
Accustomed to making 50-60 outgoing calls daily to decision makers
Effective at listening and identifying prospects buying signs
Bachelor's degree in business related field required
4+ years' experience in sales or business development
