Sr Specialist, Search

Responsibilities
Responsible for leading all aspects of campaign specific TMUS media search trafficking strategy and tactical execution plans
Set up and implement search campaign builds aligned to media plans
Serve as a mentor for junior-level search specialists, sharing standards and day-to-day team processes
Ensure consistency and standards are applied across campaigns along with ongoing quality control
Report on search indicators and metrics for optimization and learning opportunities
Regularly communicate relevant considerations to upper management for external collaborators
Ensure search trafficking execution is aligned with external collaborator objectives
Assist with external collaborator teamworks on smaller campaigns
Collaborate with internal collaborators (i.e. planning team) to ensure campaign builds meet media plan requirements
Collaborate with Sr. Manager and Sr. Planner on account structure and campaign taxonomy
Ensure optimizations and test & learns are fed back to next iteration of campaigns or future campaigns
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvements and optimizations to internal collaborators
Lead team day-to-day troubleshooting issues as they arise; escalate to Sr. Manager/Sr. Planner, as needed
Lead areas for opportunity, innovation and/or optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
At least 5+ years of paid search experience
Understanding of SEO an asset
Telecom experience an asset
Problem Solving Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills (Required)
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Excellent understanding of account set up and optimization on search engine and platform (Required)
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Excellent knowledge of search planning fundamentals e.g., reach, frequency, channels, formats, etc. (Required)
Communication Excellent interpersonal skills (Required)
At least 18 years of age
