INTERNAL SERVICE ADVISOR
Starling Chevrolet is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to join their team. The role involves preparing repair orders and managing the workflow of the preowned department's reconditioning process while ensuring effective communication with car managers and vendors.

Responsibilities
Take incoming calls from New and Used car managers who wish to organize service, maintenance and repairs to their inventory vehicles
Organize and book service, maintenance and repairs with the appropriate suppliers and vendors
Ensure that recovery vehicles are organized promptly
Schedule other ancillary services as required
Keep New and Used Managers and other interested parties informed of progress
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic knowledge of an automobile, can identify most features and parts of the body and engine
Current valid driver's license
Experience in a customer service-related role is essential
Is prepared to go the ‘extra mile' in order to achieve excellent end results
A proactive and dynamic attitude to problem solving
Ability to multi task with consistency and accuracy
Have excellent interpersonal skills and provide outstanding customer service
Ability to work retail hours
Computer proficient
