Responsibilities
Owning and optimizing critical employee communications channels, including FGBS's A to Z News, newsletter, and website
Creating compelling content that transforms complex business updates into engaging employee stories
Supporting CFO-sponsored employee events through strategic communications and leadership presentation development
Managing high-visibility internal communications for quarterly financial results and organizational announcements
Building stakeholder relationships to surface impactful stories and ensure coordinated communications
Analyzing metrics to optimize content strategy and demonstrate business value
Support and contribute to internal organizational communication and engagement strategy set by the team lead
Write internal communications for a range of programs, projects, and events such as financial announcements, technology launches, employee experience programs, and more
Work with partners across the business and global comms teams to source and deliver communications focused on organizational priorities, employee experiences, and Amazon's culture
Grow and develop global internal communications programs to support organization priorities and strategy
Provide internal communications support and counsel to organization business partners
Build and leverage internal communications tools including publishing tools, newsletters, email, video, and more to engage employees
Manage communications feedback gathering and reporting and measurement mechanisms
Qualification
Required
7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Preferred
Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience
Experience in internal communications for a multinational company
Experience publishing to and optimizing content for a range of internal communications channels
