The Distribution and Licensing Consultant will identify and connect with buyers and executives at TV networks and streaming platforms to facilitate licensing opportunities and provide strategic guidance on outreach and deal development.

Responsibilities
Identify and connect with buyers, acquisitions teams, and executives at TV networks and streaming platforms licensing films and series
Facilitate introductions and position projects for potential licensing opportunities
Provide strategic guidance on outreach, pitching, and deal development within the film and TV marketplace
Support communications and follow ups with interested platforms to advance discussions
Assess market fit and recommend optimal domestic and international distribution strategies
Deliver insights on competitive titles, buyer trends, and platform programming needs
Advise on presentation materials, including pitch decks, screeners, and metadata for effective outreach
Advise on deal terms, licensing structures, windows, and negotiation considerations
Track outreach progress and prepare regular status updates on leads, conversations, and next steps
Qualification
Required
Established industry connections within TV networks and streaming platforms, particularly with acquisitions teams for films and series
Demonstrated experience in content distribution, licensing, acquisitions, or related sales roles within film and television
Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain industry relationships
Self motivated and results oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
