Qualification
Required
Proven experience in automotive graphics, including 3M Auto Window Tinting and Auto Wraps
Strong creative and technical skills in graphic design and application
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
High School Diploma/GED required
