Responsibilities
Solicit subcontractor bids
Perform quantity takeoffs
Administer subcontracts
Produce and manage the submittals process
Track change orders
Manage procurement log
Work on close out packages
Assist with schedule management
Learn about and support the building permit process
Produce meeting minutes
Review RFI’s
Assist with maintaining project document files and logs
Assist with maintaining a current set of drawings
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
College degree in progress in construction management, architecture, engineering, and/or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience
Ability to read plans and specs
Effective written and communication skills
Self-starter, curious mind, hungry to learn
Working knowledge of company software programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Procore a plus
Ability to independently organize work assignments and meet critical deadlines
