Responsibilities

Verify: read and follow SMC blueprints and assembly instructions to determine that the finished product part number on the order matches the assembly parts

Assemble: use power tools or machines to assemble the final SMC product. This process will be repeated for each of the day’s assignments

Test and Inspect: the final product will be tested using a test machine, labeled, and inspected to ensure that it is free of any leaks and is assembled as specified on the work order

Understand and follow all company policies and safety procedures

All other duties as assigned daily by your supervisor

Additional training will be provided to new hires on SMC ERP systems, standards, and practices

Required

No prior experience is needed, previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed (multiple daytime and part-time schedules are available)
