Sales Development Representative
Egnyte is a secure multi-cloud platform for content security and governance, enabling organizations to protect and collaborate on valuable content. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving growth by generating qualified leads for the Mid Marketing and Enterprise sales teams.
Responsibilities
Qualify outbound leads via phone, webform, and email
Deal with high volume and quick turn around
Feel comfortable talking about product and following script, new business only, new inquiries not aligned with anyone, gain interest, then handoff to account executive
Identify new business opportunities, generate interest, qualify, educate, and develop new opportunities while working with field sales team counterparts to help build territory plan

Qualification
Required
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to understand technology and communicate it to prospects
Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
Knowledge of business organizational structures and buying influences
Preferred
BA/BS or equivalent preferred
Prior experience with cloud and/or SaaS products preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
