Responsibilities
Ensure POS and supporting systems are fully operational before each event
Respond to real-time tech issues and escalate as needed
Troubleshoot device connectivity and software/hardware malfunctions
Record and report all issues, resolutions, and recommendations post-event
Install, move, or replace hardware when required
Assist with software upgrades and network improvements
Maintain up-to-date inventories of tech equipment
Keep relevant teams informed of issue status
Deliver recap reports detailing event-day performance and any ongoing concerns
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience supporting tech systems (POS, hardware, software)
Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, wireless)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to problem-solving
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to work long shifts and lift tech equipment
Preferred
Hospitality or live events experience
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
