Manager, Finance Controlling
Philip Morris International (PMI) is transforming its business to deliver a smoke-free future. The Manager of Finance Controlling will support finance business partners, provide data-driven insights, and lead financial reporting activities while driving continuous improvement in financial processes.

Responsibilities
Support Finance Business Partners and commercial teams in achieving delivery within PMI cost targets
Build cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and enable innovative solutions for cost optimization
Provide independent, data-driven insights to influence key operational and strategic decisions
Lead actuals tracking and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and alignment with forecasts
Validate key financial assumptions, trade-offs, and opportunities to optimize resource allocation
Act as finance representative on key functional projects, supporting investment decisions and defining metrics
Identify trends and patterns to maximize ROI and provide ad-hoc analysis on specific issues
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Lead and develop direct report analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
7+ years of experience in financial controlling, commercial finance, or similar roles within a multinational environment
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven experience with Excel and ERP systems
Proactive mindset and comfort working with senior management
Digital savviness and ability to work collaboratively across functions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
