Responsibilities

Lead the virtual design and construction process for mechanical systems across various projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure integration of mechanical systems with overall design
Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools, specifically Revit, to create and manage accurate project models
Develop and implement strategies for effective coordination and clash detection among mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Manage project schedules and budgets related to virtual design and construction activities
Provide training and guidance to project teams on VDC best practices and software tools
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
