Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
Engage in negotiations and dispute resolution strategies on behalf of clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation
Provide ongoing legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the state of California
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong knowledge of contract law and dispute resolution processes
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Proven negotiation and mediation experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and client counseling abilities
