Compliant Documentation Specialist

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Compliant Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing medical records to ensure accurate representation of the severity of illness. This role involves extensive record review, collaboration with physicians and nursing staff, and participation in team meetings to educate staff on the Clinical Documentation Improvement Process.
