Responsibilities
Perform installation and commissioning of CNC machines and PLC systems at customer sites
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, including Siemens and Fanuc controls
Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation of equipment
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime for clients
Prepare and maintain detailed service reports and documentation of work performed
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls and automation engineering
Fanuc controls experience is required; Siemens experience is preferred
Hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC machinery is required
Proficient in CNC and PLC systems, including Siemens Sinumerik Operate and TIA Portal V15
Skilled in troubleshooting alarms and tracing root causes in both CNC and PLC environments
Capable of replacing plug-and-play modules and performing mechanical disassembly, adjustment, and component replacement
Preferred
Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
Candidates with automotive backgrounds and strong technical skills will also be considered
