Responsibilities
Assist in the development of litigation strategies for commercial and business disputes
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions and pleadings
Manage all phases of electronic discovery
Attend hearings, court appearances, and trials as needed
Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy
Manage depositions and expert witness preparation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
Must be admitted to at least 1 federal court
Active license to practice in the state of Florida
3+ years of experience in business litigation and commercial litigation
Strong understanding of commercial law and litigation processes
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
