Developing and implementing technologies, methods and techniques

Defining processes and standard work

Creating justification and requests for capital expenditures

Providing direction for cross-functional resource teams

Coordinating the implementation of process changes

Processing design and evaluation

Cross-functional support for engineering responsibilities

Identifying root cause and problem-solving

Providing training to associates

Leading Kaizen events and sustaining results

B.S. or equivalent in related Engineering or Technology degree; or equivalent work experience
