Responsibilities
Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities
Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and Sales team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization, including annual rhythm-of-the-business planning, and oversight of EA allocation, hiring, and onboarding best practices
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items
Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, advertising industry professionals
Qualification
Required
8+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with C-level executive calendar management
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload
Preferred
Experience managing teams
Experience working in a matrixed organization
10+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience with end-to-end project management
Experience working with large global teams
