Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of EDI data

Validate and analyze claims data

Partner with internal stakeholders and external TPAs to resolve anomalies

Lead root cause investigations of data quality problems

Implement solutions and provide guidance to peers

Maintain client-specific coding, mapping, and cross-reference data

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview

One of the following combinations of education and insurance industry experience: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of relevant insurance industry experience, Associate degree and 4 or more years of relevant industry experience, 5 or years of relevant insurance industry experience

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills

Ability to solve complex data issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment
