Responsibilities

Lead project execution from initial concept through construction documentation to ensure design excellence and high-quality deliverables

Prepare and negotiate contract terms and complete comprehensive contract packages

Coordinate and guide cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to maintain alignment and workflow efficiency

Develop project schedules and manage timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

Create strategic project plans aligned with client objectives and firm standards

Prepare and manage project budgets, job costs, manpower projections, and overall financial performance

Lead and oversee the preparation of detailed code and zoning analyses

Use strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to address project issues and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members

Direct and support internal and external project team members throughout all project phases

Required

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

5–10 years of experience across all phases of architectural practice, with strong experience in complex commercial and industrial/manufacturing projects

5 + years of construction administration experience is required

Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
