Responsibilities
Support the Navy Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) and Senior Acquisition Analysts team
Assist finance / budget team with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) drills and submissions
Aid in tracking funding and identifying and scheduling Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) submittals/changes
Collect program data and assist with preparation of program status reports, briefings and presentations
Track and update action items and Task Planning Sheets (TPSs)
Attend and support meetings
Work with cross-functional teams, field offices and vendors at multiple work locations to collect inputs
Assist with internal and external data calls for contract status and requests for information
Work independently and with multiple teams to deliver quality products on time
Organize, research and manage multiple tasks
Qualification
Required
0-4 years of professional or federal/DoD relevant work experience
Proficient using MS Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, research, and prioritization skills
Meticulous attention to detail in document review and quality assurance
Ability to learn quickly on the job and carry out tasks with minimal guidance
Ability to operate independently within a team environment
Active DoD Interim Secret Clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of Navy acquisition finance/budget, contract/CDRL, logistics or program/project management experience
Knowledge of SCN funding
Familiar with Task Planning Sheet (TPS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)
