Responsibilities
Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve growth targets and profitability goals
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through on-site visits and responsive service
Promote Kenco's full range of hydraulic products and services - including hose assemblies, pumps, cylinders, motors, fittings, power units, and repair capabilities
Collaborate with our in-house service, repair, and fabrication teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives
Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Represent Kenco at trade shows, customer events, and industry gatherings
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably within industrial distribution, hydraulics, or fluid power
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic systems or related industrial products
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, industrial technology, or a related field preferred
