Strong client development skills and portable business preferred
Provide legal counsel on corporate and real estate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and financing
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, purchase agreements, and operating agreements
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to close deals efficiently
Support business development and contribute to firm growth in the Tampa market
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be licensed in Florida
At least 5 years of experience in transactional law
Experience with mid-market and upper-market corporate transactions
Experience with real estate deals
Experience with contract negotiation
Preferred
