Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the fiber optics market
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales goals
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fiber optics sector
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on business objectives
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

Required
